This policy covers sundaycouponinserts.com, run by Sunday Coupon Inserts (“we”, “us”). It explains what we collect when you use the site or join our email list, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

Your email address and first name, when you sign up for our emails or ask for a free download. The first name is optional.

When you visit, some information is collected without you typing it:

• Google Analytics records which pages are visited, how people arrived, and general information about the device and browser, such as its type, screen size and approximate location. We use it to count visits and see which pages are useful.
• TruConversion records how pages are used: heatmaps of where people click and scroll, and recordings of visits. A recording can include what is typed into forms and tools on the site.
• Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs of requests to the site, including IP addresses, to run and protect it.
• Your IP address is held briefly in memory when you submit a signup form, to stop the same address submitting over and over. It is not stored with your signup.

Google Analytics and TruConversion set cookies in your browser so they can tell one visit from the next.

We set one cookie of our own, called sci_free, after you sign up for a free download, so the site remembers that you can open the files. It lasts a year.

Some tools, such as the price book and the subscriptions list, save what you enter in your browser’s storage on your device, so it is still there when you come back. Clearing your browsing data removes it.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser’s settings. Google offers a browser add-on that stops Google Analytics. Blocking cookies does not stop the site working, although the free downloads will ask for your email again.

• To send the emails you signed up for, and the free downloads you asked for.
• To answer you when you write to us.
• To understand how the site is used and make it more useful.
• To keep the site and its signup forms working and free of spam.

We do not sell your personal information, rent it, or use it for targeted advertising. It is shared only with the services that run the site for us, to do that job:

• HighLevel, which stores our email list and sends our emails.
• Google (Google Analytics), for visit counts.
• TruConversion, for heatmaps and visit recordings.
• Vercel, which hosts the site.

Each has its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the site, our users or ourselves from fraud or harm.

Your email address and name stay with us until you ask us to delete them. If you unsubscribe, we keep the address marked as unsubscribed, which is what makes sure you are not emailed again. The sci_free cookie lasts a year. Analytics, recordings and server logs are kept for the periods each provider sets.

• Unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of any email. It works straight away, and it does not take away anything you already downloaded.
• Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@sundaycouponinserts.com. We aim to reply within 30 days.
• Block or clear cookies in your browser, as described above.

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your state’s privacy law. Email us and we will help you use them.

We use reputable providers and take reasonable steps to protect what we hold. No website or email service is completely secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be lost or misused.

The site is for adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will delete it.

Sunday Coupon Inserts is based in the United States, and the services we use store information in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be handled there.

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top. For a significant change we may also let the list know by email.
