These terms cover sundaycouponinserts.com, run by Sunday Coupon Inserts (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it, and is part of these terms.

Everything on the site, including the tools, the grocery year, the printables and our emails, is general information to help with everyday shopping and money decisions. It is not financial, legal, tax or medical advice, and it does not take your own circumstances into account.

The tools give estimates from the numbers you enter. Real prices, interest, fees and results will differ. Decisions about your money are yours.

The Coupon Preview shows photographs of newspaper coupon inserts so you can see what is in them, and the coupon schedule lists what they contained. We do not issue coupons. The manufacturers named on them do, on their own terms.

• The pictures are marked “coupons not redeemable” and are for preview only. Do not print them, copy them or present them to a store as coupons. Using a copied coupon is coupon fraud.
• Coupons are regional, so the inserts in your area may carry different ones.
• The listings are read off the photographs by hand. We check them, but values, sizes and dates can be wrong, and a coupon can end early. The coupon itself, and the store, have the final say.

You are welcome to use the free printables and tools for yourself and your household. Please do not sell them, repackage them, or share the files in bulk. Pointing someone to the page they came from is always fine.

Some tools save what you enter in your browser. That is your copy, on your device, and it can be lost if your browsing data is cleared. Keep your own copy of anything you need.

If you sign up, we will send you occasional emails about shopping and saving. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect straight away.

The site’s writing, design, tools, printables and name belong to Sunday Coupon Inserts. Brand names and logos shown in the coupon inserts belong to their owners, and showing them does not mean those companies endorse us or we endorse them.

Please do not:

• sign other people up for our emails, or submit signups automatically;
• try to break into, overload or interfere with the site;
• copy the site’s content in bulk, or pass it off as your own.

The site links to other websites, such as retailers, coupon services and Club Joy. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, offers or privacy practices.

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, free of errors, or right for your situation, and no promise about how much you will save.

To the extent the law allows, Sunday Coupon Inserts is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from relying on information on the site, a coupon listing, or a tool’s estimate. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if anything, in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits any right you have that the law does not allow to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
