Q:  Where are you located?

A:  We’re proudly based in Central Florida and ship across the continental United States.

 

Q:  When are the new coupon inserts available to order?

A:  Coupon inserts are no longer published weekly. We’ll notify you by email every Saturday when a new insert is confirmed for release. If there’s no insert, there’s no charge.

 

Q:  How will I know what coupons are in the next insert?

A:  We post an exact preview of what’s included by Friday—just check the product description for full details. General national previews (not always reflective of our stock) are posted earlier in the week.

 

Q:  I am new to couponing.  How many coupon inserts should I order each week?

A: A good starting point is six inserts, especially for households aiming to stock up on BOGO deals. Always order in even numbers—stores typically allow one coupon on the item you buy and one on the free one.

 

Q:  Are your coupons accepted nationwide?

A: Yes! These are manufacturer coupons accepted at most U.S. retailers including grocery chains, Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens, and more.

 

Q:  Why do your coupons differ from those in my local newspaper?

A: Coupons vary by region. Ours are premium inserts sourced from top-tier metro markets—meaning you often get higher values and more offers than your local paper provides.

Placing an Order:


Q:  How do I place an order?

A:  Use the SHOP drop down menu at the top of the page to select Coupon Subscriptions (recurring order) or Sunday Coupon Inserts (one-time order). 

  • Clicking on Coupon Subscriptions will take you to our Coupon Subscription products. 
  • Clicking on Sunday Coupon Inserts will show you the Sunday dates that the coupon inserts were issued.
  • There is also a “search” feature at the top of the page if you are looking for a specific coupon that may be in our inserts.

For Coupon Subscriptions: Select the Coupon Subscription Combo Pack you would like to receive.  We will automatically process your credit card and ship you your selected Combo Pack hassle-free!

For One-Time Orders: We offer individual inserts for $3.00 each.  

Once everything you need is in your shopping cart, you can create an account (for free) or sign in (once you return for another order). This shares your email and shipping address with us to ensure we send your coupons to the correct address.

Next, choose the shipping method – First Class (2-6 business days, not guaranteed) or Priority Mail (2-4 business days, not guaranteed).

The cost of First Class mail is based on the weight of your package and is automatically calculated at checkout.  If First Class mail is not an option, your package exceeds the maximum weight allowed, and Priority Mail would be required.

Lastly, enter your payment method.  We accept PayPal, Venmo, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Quick Tip - It’s best to order at least two of each insert (or, in even numbers if ordering more than two).  Most stores offer promotional ‘Buy One, Get One Free’ sales and you can use one coupon on the item you ‘Buy’ and one coupon on the item you get ‘Free.’

 

Q:  How do I pay?

A:  We accept PayPal, Venmo, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

 

Q:  How do I view my pending or past orders?

A:   You can view all of your orders and the corresponding tracking information by logging in to your account.

 

Coupon Subscriptions:


Q:  How does the coupon subscription work?

A: Subscribe once and you’re set! We’ll alert you on Saturday if a coupon insert is scheduled. Your payment is processed on Monday, and inserts ship that Thursday.

 

Q:  What will my subscription start with?

A:  Your subscription will begin with the coupon insert date listed in the product description at the time of your purchase. We always include the next confirmed insert date so you know exactly what to expect.

 

Q:  What if no insert is released?

A: You won’t be charged. We only bill when inserts are available.

 

Q:  Why was my charge different this time?

A:  Pricing is based on how many inserts are released. One insert = one price. Two inserts = slightly more. You’ll always see the price before your card is charged.

 

Q:  How do I change my address or credit card?

A:  Just log into your account and update your info. Or contact us—we’ll gladly help you out.

 

Q:  How do I cancel my subscription?

A:  Cancel directly from your account or contact us by Saturday to avoid the next auto-charge. If you cancel after the Monday charge, it will apply to the current shipment.

 

 

Shipping:


Q:  When will my order ship?

A:  Subscriptions ship every Thursday. One-time orders placed by 1 p.m. EST (Mon–Sat) ship the same day.

 

Q:  How long does shipping take?

A: 

  • First Class Mail: 2–6 business days (not guaranteed)
  • Priority Mail: 2–4 business days (not guaranteed)

Tracking info is sent via email after shipment.

Q:  How much is shipping?

A:  

  • First Class Mail with Tracking (under 16 oz.): Calculated at checkout.
  • Priority Mail with Tracking:

    • Up to 40 inserts: $9.00

    • 41–100 inserts: $16.00

     

    Q:  Why don't I qualify for First Class Mail?

    A: First Class Mail is limited to 16 oz. If your pack exceeds that, it must ship Priority.

     

    Q:  My tracking says delivered, but I don't have it. Now what?

    A:  Send us a message and we’ll help you track it down.

     

    Q:  I didn't receive my order in time to use the coupons. Can I get a refund?

    A: Unfortunately, no. We cannot issue refunds for expired coupons. Be sure to choose a shipping method that aligns with your timeline and location.

     

     

    Gift Certificates:


    Q:  Are there any restrictions on gift certificates?

    A:  All gift certificates are non-refundable.  Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates and cannot be applied to any order containing another gift certificate.

     

    Q:  How do I purchase a gift certificate?

    A:  Visit our Gift Certificates page, choose the value, and personalize the gift certificate for the recipient.  After you checkout, the gift certificate will be emailed to the recipient's email address that you specified.  We currently do not offer gift certificates that can be shipped to recipients.

     

    Q:  Can I buy gift certificates for myself?

    A:  Yes.

     

    Q:  Do your gift certificates ever expire?

    A:  No.

     

    Q:  How do I redeem my gift certificate?

    A:  You will need your unique gift certificate code that was emailed to you. It will look something like Z50-Y6K-COS-402.  Browse the store and add items to your cart as you normally would.  At checkout, enter your gift certificate code in the box allowed and it will be applied to your order.
