Where are you located?

We are located in Florida.


When are the new inserts available?

The coupon inserts for the upcoming Sunday will be posted by Friday at 8:00 p.m. (EST).


How do I know when new coupon inserts are posted?

Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter and you will receive an email from us as soon as the new inserts are available.  You can also ‘Like’ us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter and receive up to the minute updates.


Where can I see a list of the coupons that will be in the upcoming coupon inserts?

We will have our Coupon Preview available by Friday afternoon.  ‘Like’ us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter and receive up to the minute updates.  You can also refer to the Coupon Schedule tab at the top of this page to see which coupon inserts to expect each week.


I am new to couponing.  How many coupon inserts should I order each week?

The number of coupon inserts that you should have on hand largely depends on the size of your family and the amount of storage you have available for your stockpile items.  If you are a coupon newbie, we recommend starting out with six coupon inserts each week and as you grow into the coupon game, you can always order more.  Also, always order at least two of each insert (or, in even numbers if ordering more than two).  All stores offer promotional ‘Buy One, Get One Free’ sales and you can use one coupon on the item you ‘Buy’ and one coupon on the item you get ‘Free’.

Placing an Order

How do I place an order?

You must first create an account.  You can then login and add items to your shopping cart.  Once you have completed your checkout, we will send you an email confirming your order.  You will receive a second email once your items have shipped.  This email will also contain the tracking information for your order.  If you do not see our emails in your inbox, please be sure to check your junk email folders.


How do I pay?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover cards or you may pay via PayPal, which accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, or your PayPal balance.


How do I view my pending or past orders?

You can view all of your orders and the corresponding tracking information by logging into your account at the top of the page.

Weekly Subscriptions

What is a weekly subscription?

A weekly subscription is a stress-free service that we offer to those who coupon on a regular basis.  Each week we will automatically bill and ship your inserts directly to you.


How do I sign up for a weekly subscription?

Visit our Weekly Subscriptions page, select the Combo Pack that you would like to receive each week, and add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.  You must use a credit card (not PayPal) to order a weekly subscription and you must add a saved credit card to your account.


Is my saved credit card information safe?

Security is our top priority.  Your saved credit card information is encrypted using cutting-edge technology with world-class security practices and meets and exceeds all PCI-DSS requirements.  These are the same requirements used by online retailers, such as Amazon, Walmart, Travelocity, etc.  This encryption allows us to view only the last 4-digits and expiration date of your credit card.


Can I order more than one weekly subscription?

Yes.  You may order as many weekly subscriptions as you would like. 


How much is the handling fee for the weekly subscriptions?

The weekly subscriptions' handling fee will vary based upon the number of inserts for each particular week.  Check out our Weekly Subscriptions page for details.


When will I be billed for my weekly subscription?

The saved credit card that you added to your account will be charged on Friday of each week for the upcoming inserts.  You will not be charged for weeks when there are no inserts.


How do I change or cancel my weekly subscription?

Please refer to the information on this page.  Cancellations or changes must be received prior to Friday

All weekly subscriptions ship on Saturday and you will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking information for your package.

Shipping FAQ

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Florida.


When will my order ship?

Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. EST (Monday through Saturday) will ship that same day.  Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST will ship the following business day.  You will receive an email with the tracking information for your package once your order has shipped.  You can also view your order tracking information by logging into your account at the top of the page.

Please note that the Post Office will be closed on the following federal holidays.  This means that we will not be able to ship orders and you will not receive mail on these days: New Year’s Day, Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr., Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day (Observed)


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which takes approximately 2-3 days, and USPS First Class Mail, which can take up to 5 days.


How much is shipping?

We currently offer the following shipping methods:

USPS First Class Mail:  Available when ordering a small number of inserts (less than 10).  If your order qualifies for First Class Mail, this shipping option will be available at checkout.  Shipping charges vary based on weight of inserts and will be calculated at checkout.

USPS Priority Mail:

We offer FLAT RATE shipping on ALL Priority Mail orders.

FLAT RATE shipping is calculated as follows:*

Up to 40 inserts      $7.35

41-100 inserts        $14.35

101-200 inserts      $19.95

An order consisting of over 200 of a single insert is considered a bulk order and requires prior approval.  Please contact us if you are interested in placing a bulk order.

*Please note that the Flat Rate shipping cost is calculated based on the average number of inserts that will fit into the corresponding USPS Flat Rate mailing envelope or box.  Because some inserts are larger or smaller than others, the number of inserts that will fit into each mailing envelope or box may be more or less than the number of inserts reflected in the above Flat Rate shipping schedule.  You may place the items in your shopping cart to calculate the exact Flat Rate shipping cost for the number of inserts that you are interested in ordering.    


Why doesn’t my order qualify for First Class Mail?

First Class Mail has a 16 oz. weight limit and because our inserts are heavy, this weight limit only allows the shipment of a small number of inserts (typically less than 10).


I chose Priority Mail and it has been more than 3 days and I still have not received my order.

Although the Post Office strives to deliver your package within 2-3 days, it does not guarantee that you will receive it by then.  Factors such as holidays or extreme weather can delay the delivery of your order.  If you have not received your order by the 5th business day after your order was shipped, please contact us.

Gift Certificates


Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or cannot be applied to any order containing another gift card.


How do I purchase a gift certificate?

Visit our Gift Certificates page, choose the value, and personalize the gift certificate for the recipient.  After you checkout, the gift certificate will be emailed to the recipient's email address that you specified.  We currently do not offer gift cards that can be shipped to recipients.

How do I redeem my gift certificate?

To redeem a gift certificate, follow the simple steps below.

  1. You need your unique gift certificate code, which is part of the gift certificate that was emailed to you as an attachment. It will look something like Z50-Y6K-COS-402.
  2. Browse the store and add items to your cart as you normally would.
  3. Click the 'View Cart' link to view the contents of your shopping cart.
  4. Type your gift certificate code in to the 'Redeem Gift Certificate' box and click 'Go'.

What if I lose my gift certificate code?
